Enjoy this two ingredient, super simple, watermelon mint sorbet recipe from Home with Willow.
Add your frozen & cubed watermelon (I recommend letting it freeze overnight) to the blender or food processor. Toss in your fresh mint.
Start blender on low (you may need to use a tamper, and gradually increase speed until all of the watermelon is thoroughly blended. It will be the consistency of water-ice.
Serve immediately & enjoy!
This is best eaten right away - once refrozen it becomes difficult to spoon out (hard as ice).
